Waterman Steele client, Gyro Republic is opening their 2nd location in Fort Bend County this month! The fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant is opening in Richmond’s Waterview Town Center, a fast-growing development in Aliana.
The restaurant’s assembly-line style gives customers a choice between a pita, rice bowl, or salad, and then their choice of protein (chicken, falafel or gyro), toppings (tomato, cucumber, onions, feta cheese, and more), and their house-made sauces like Creamy White, Mild Orange and Red Hot.
“It’s very healthy, and very flavorful, but at the same time it’s super fast,” CEO Rahan Ranpuri said. “You can build your bowl in less than a minute and be in and out of here. It’s very fresh, all of the toppings, and everything here is made from scratch.”
