Houston, TX, May 14, 2020 – WSREA today announced that Dollar Tree has signed a lease for 10,662 SF, taking a portion of a former grocery store space in Bayou Plaza Shopping Center, located at the NEC of Hwy 6 and Main St. Both Dollar Tree and Family Dollar will co-anchor the Hitchcock center.
